If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Technician to our team.\nReporting to the Engineering Supervisor, the Process Engineering Technician will be in charge of supporting manufacturing operations through equipment setup, process monitoring, troubleshooting, line configuration changes, and continuous process improvement activities while working closely with engineering and production teams.\nWhat a typical day looks like\nPerform setup and configuration of processing equipment to support production requirements.\n\nMonitor manufacturing processes, audit production activities, and provide guidance to line operators.\n\nConduct test runs and evaluate process performance to support yield improvement initiatives and new product introductions.\n\nPrepare and maintain records of breakdown events, scrap, process results, charts, and graphs for engineering analysis.\n\nProvide technical assistance and support to process development and engineering personnel.\n\nImplement and support line change configurations as required by production schedules.\n\nPerform corrective maintenance activities on production equipment to minimize downtime.\n\nFollow established escalation procedures to address process, equipment, and production issues.\n\nAssist in developing department goals and targets while supporting multiple programs or production areas.\n\nProvide guidance and support to nonexempt production personnel as needed.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team,\nAssociate’s Degree in a related field, technical training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n4-6 years of related manufacturing, process engineering, or production support experience.\n\nAbility to complete technical tasks in creative and effective ways while working independently.\n\nExperience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and production equipment.\n\nKnowledge of process monitoring, yield improvement, and production data collection.\n\nAbility to prepare reports, charts, and graphs to communicate process performance and test results.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to determine appropriate quality and testing methods for new assignments.\n\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to mechanical equipment.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to provide technical guidance to production personnel.\n\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
