They will obtain requirements by verifying, preparing, and forwarding purchase orders and authorize payments.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCoordinate the purchase of materials, supplies and products. \nManage and maintain an inventory of supplies and EP2 stock materials.\nTrack orders and ensure purchase orders are acknowledged and have a vendor ship date while tracking outstanding material. \nWork with Receiving Department on purchase order discrepancies, missing or wrong information and damaged material. \nCoordinate material returns/non-conforming material. \nWork with a free stock team member to manage incoming and outgoing free stock material. \nBuild and maintain relationships with vendors while sourcing new vendors. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor Degree in Business or Accounting / Experience in Supply Management. \nAbility to maintain vendor relationships. \nStrong organizational skills. \nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent documentation skills.\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
