If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aProduct Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus\nReporting to the Product Engineer the Product Engineer will be responsible for receiving, evaluating, cleaning, and customizing all technical information /documentation from the customer related to their product.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nHandle product transfer and new product set up.\nSupport production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line.\nSuggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield.\nSolve product related problems and perform failure evaluation related to product issues.\nInteract with customer and various departments on product related issues\nWork with design team to resolve design related issues.\nSuggest modification to work instructions, material, or product changes to ensure excellent quality of products.\nCustomer´s Bill of Material (BOM) evaluation and structure definition for production\nFunctional Product Documentation review\nSafety Requirements and regulations compliance identification\nEngineering Drawings Interpretation of parts and assemblies.\nRequest customer for drawing corrections, additions, clarification, measurements methods\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBahelor’s degree; Mechatronics, Industrial Engineer or related field.\nExperience in similar role with involvement in BOM’s processes and product stages.\nEnglish advanced fluency\nExperience having direct contact with clients serving as strategic partner.\nCreate and modify 3D models and 2D engineering drawings.\nDefine product specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and materials.\nStrong experience in mechanical/product design\nExperience with CAD software such as SolidWorks/ Flex Flow\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nGR66\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
