Створення та оновлення дизайну етикети продукту у відповідності до специфікації замовника та законодавчих вимог.\n Основні обов’язки:\nЗв'язок та комунікація з супутніми відділами та замовником щодо технологічних питань.\nВпровадження технологічних процесів, виявлення причини браку виготовлення продукції, підготовка та внесення пропозицій по мінімізації браку та недоліків у виробництві продукції.\nАналіз та впровадження інженерних змін ECO/ECN (зміна та видання документаціїю опрацьовувати дані для системи BaaN та Agile, формування технічного).\nУправління питаннями технології виробничого процесу, вирішення проблемних питань. Контроль процесів виробництва, а також участь та пропозиції щодо їх покращення.\nРозробка та переклад технологічної документації (процеси, інструкції, робочі інструкції, тощо).\nЗабезпечувати наявність актуальної технічної документації до продукту у випадку інженерної зміни.\nСтворення та оновлення потоку процесу виготовлення продукту (Process Flow).\nНалаштування виробничого процесу та супровідних систем (Flex Flow, Config Manager, ICON).\nСтворення та внесення змін у робочих інструкціях.\nОпрацювання оновлених специфікацій Замовника та внесення змін у дизайн етикети продукту (LoftWare).\nІніціювання та впровадження покращень процесів з метою підвищення якості та виходу придатної продукції.\nВирішення проблем, пов’язаних з продуктом, проведення аналізу відмов та причин дефектів.\nВимоги до кандидата:\nВища технічна освіта.\nДосвід у аналогічній сфері виробництва (буде перевагою).\nОбізнаність в інженерній справі, вміння читати технічну документацію та специфікації.\nОбов’язкове вміння користуватись програмами MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), ERP та MES - бажано.\nАнглійська мова - А2.\nЩо ми пропонуємо:\nРоботу на одному з найсучасніших виробництв у регіоні;\nУчасть у високорозвинених виробничих процесах і міжнародному середовищі;\nРозширене навчання та індивідуальну програму наставництва;\nШирокі можливості професійного розвитку;\nПідтримку релокації та конкурентний компенсаційний пакет.\nOB32\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
