If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Product Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to Product engineer, Product Engineer this is responsible for receiving, evaluating, cleaning, and customizing all technical information / documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity\nWhat a typical day looks like:\n Handle product transfer and new product set up. \nSupport production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line. \nSuggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield. \nSolve product related problems and perform failure evaluation related to product issues. \nInteract with customer and various departments on product related issues \nWork with design team to resolve design related issues. \nSuggest modification to work instructions, material, or product changes to ensure excellent quality of products. \nCustomer´s Bill of Material (BOM) evaluation and structure definition for production \nFunctional Product Documentation review \nSafety Requirements and regulations compliance identification \nEngineering Drawings Interpretation of parts and assemblies. \nRequest customer for drawing corrections, additions, clarification, measurements methods \nManage Engineering Changes Implementation \nConduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM), tolerance evaluation, Design of Experiment (DOE), form-fit-function to define failure root/cause evaluation and reporting to customer \nProvide support to supply chain to integrate parts derived from the vertical integration or localization effort \nProvide product training to the manufacturing/process engineers for better understanding of the product. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nMechatronics, Industrial Engineer or related.\nExperience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.\nEnglish\nExpertise in NPI\nExperience in Product Lifecycle Systems (Agile, Arena, Procom) and MRP System (SAP, Baan).\nExperience using Floor shop systems.\nKnowledge in personnel management experience in ECO´s implementation.\nExperience in SMT, Backend, and Product Integration processes.\nExperience in Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, structuring, and maintenance.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund\nPA91\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
