If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Product Engineer Shift 2 located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Project Manager the Product Engineer Shift 2 is responsible for receiving, analyze, clean, and customize all technical information/documentation from the customer related to his product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change in order to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nSupport production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line.\nInteract with customer and various departments on product related issues - engineering changes, new model development.\nCustomer´s Bill of Material (BOM) analysis and structure definition for production.\nParticipate to cost reduction activities in areas like material, inventory, and scrap reduction.\nConduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM), tolerance analysis, Design of Experiment (DOE), form-fit-function to determine failure root/cause analysis and reporting to customer.\nAnalyze and determine course of action of Product Change Notification (PCN) and Manufacturing Change Order (MCO).\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\nExperience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge with implementation engineering changes.\nLeadership in NPI implementation.\nExperience with agile.\nLead the implementation of ECOS.\nFluent English.\nKnowledge in MRP (Baan, Flex flow) is also a plus.\nAvailability to work 2nd and 3rd shift.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance.\nKJ12\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
