If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary team who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Engineer( Rotation Program) located in Dallas, TX or Columbia, SC.\nReporting to the Manager, Business process the Production Engineer(Rotation Program) who is in charge of a structured development program that provides hands-on experience across Business Process & Strategy, Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Production. Participants build technical, analytical, and business skills while supporting manufacturing operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and projects that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and overall business performance.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\n\nRotation 1: Business Process & Strategy\nSupport strategic initiatives, reporting, and CAPEX activities.\nDrive process improvement and operational excellence projects.\nRotation 2: Industrial Engineering\nSupport capacity planning, labor optimization, and process analysis.\nContribute to Lean, automation, and productivity improvement initiatives.\nRotation 3: Quality\nSupport quality systems, audits, and corrective actions.\nAnalyze quality data and drive continuous improvement efforts.\nRotation 4: Production\nSupport daily manufacturing operations and performance goals.\nParticipate in problem-solving, process improvements, and production planning.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n4+ years of manufacturing, engineering, industrial engineering, operations, or production-related experience.\nInternship, co-op, research, or professional experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or continuous improvement environments.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, or continuous improvement.\nExposure to CAPEX planning and project execution.\nKnowledge of financial analysis and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL).\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.\nLean Six Sigma.\nKnowledge of Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or Project Management.
