If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nWhat a Typical Day Looks Like\nLead the development and execution of production forecasts, master schedules, capacity plans, and inventory strategies to support customer requirements and operational goals.\nPartner with operations, procurement, materials, and program management teams to proactively address material constraints, production disruptions, and demand fluctuations while maintaining schedule adherence.\nDrive production planning, shop scheduling, dispatching, and production control processes to optimize throughput, inventory levels, and on-time delivery performance.\nDevelop and analyze operational reports, revenue forecasts, annual operating plans (AOP), and key performance metrics to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead and develop planning teams while partnering with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments, successful product launches, and achievement of business objectives.\n\nThe Experience We're Looking to Add to the Team\nStrong expertise in production planning, master scheduling, materials management, capacity planning, forecasting, and inventory control within a manufacturing environment.\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred.\nTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or a related field, including leadership or supervisory experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading production planning teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.\nAdvanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, demand planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex operational data and translate insights into action plans.\nExcellent communication, leadership, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAPICS/CPIM, CSCP, CPM, or related supply chain certification is preferred.\nExperience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or other high-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred.\nAC29\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
