If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the OperationsManager, this role involves responsibilities for managing all strategic operational processes and resources, and leading an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence. You will be responsible for production supervisors and controls on a production floor.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nGuides department activities to hold up design of new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and helps on test procedures.\nContributes with management, production, and marketing staff to resolve manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.\nForecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.\nPartners with team and management in the development of the strategic plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the function.\nReviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.\nPrioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.\nRegulate relations with the executives and/or major customers to maintain relationships with them.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\nExperience as Operation Manager.\nIntermediate English\nKnowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).\nExperience in electronic manufacturing.\nAvailability of schedule.\nPeople management.\nKnowledge of all electronics assembly processes and proven experience interacting with all engineering support areas.\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nSC69\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
