If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nJob Description\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Planning Supervisor located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.\nReporting to the Production Manager, this role involves the responsibility to being in charge of helping materials and production functions.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nGuides order processing activities for major customer units.\n\nAdvises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.\n\nServes as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order dedications, order expedites, and problem resolution.\n\nMonitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to dedicated ship date (CSD), turnaround time, reply time, and inventory goals.\n\nCoordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.\n\nCoordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.\n\nDrives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.\n\nPlans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.\n\nProvides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruption.\n\nMay also hold up inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling\n\nManages the activities of his subordinates\n\nGuides and coordinates the supply of raw materials to the corresponding destinations.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience\nNPI experience\nAdvanced english level.\nExperience in similar position in metals/ manufacturing environment.\nExperience within assemblies’ components.\nPreferrable knowledge in metals.\nExperience in product lifecycle systems (Agile)\nExperience in the use of Floor shop systems.\nKnowledge in reading Bill of Materials (BOMs).\nKnowledge in assembly processes (End to End).\nExperience in BAAN system (SAP).\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\n\nLife & Medical insurance.\n\nChristmas Bonus.\n\nFood Coupons.\n\nSaving Fund.\n\nCP68\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
