If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aProgram Administrator located in Milpitas CA\nThe Program Manager reports to the Program Manager and assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAssist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.\nConfers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.\nDrives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.\nPrepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.\nMay assist in metric development and tracking for the program.\nOccasional travel to customer locations.\nDrive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.\nFollow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n6+ years of experience in manufacturing\nFunctional, technical, and people and/or process management skills, as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.\nAdvanced skills in functional/technical area. \nAdvance skills in Microsoft Office\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
