This Co-Op assignment provides hands-on exposure to real-world program management practices, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision making.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAssist program managers in planning, tracking, and executing ongoing initiatives\nCreate and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and risk logs\nTrack program metrics, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams\nPrepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items\nSupport status reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, etc.)\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and document best practices\nPerform ad hoc analysis and research to support program decisions\nStudent qualities we’re seeking for this Spring 2027 Co-Op assignment:\nCurrently enrolled student pursuing an MBA degree or related MS degree\nUnderstanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)\nExperience with data analysis or reporting\nAdvanced proficiency and ongoing interest in leveraging more complex MS Excel functionality\nFamiliarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Asana, or similar) is a plus\nInterest in technology, operations, or large-scale program delivery\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset\nPrior internship or project experience in program management, project management, or operations\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities (presentations)\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment\nCo-Op Program Requirements:\nAvailable to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for the Spring 2027 term\nCurrently enrolled in MBA/MA/MS program at accredited university\n3.0 minimum GPA\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
