If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a [Program Manager] located in [Shanghai Waigaoqiao, China].\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nInterface and foster good relationship with customers to understand customer expectations, sales contract terms and requirements\nManage product programs with internal related departments to ensure it meets customer expectations and requirement\nTo manage the forecast and project program revenue to achieve financial results and control E&O (Excess & Obsolescence)\nTo continuous reduce product cost (lead the engineering / operational / materials) to enhance company and customer account P&L, Inventory Turns and Account Receivable\nTo oversee order process management to enhance product revenue and ensure on time delivery\nManage new program and lead the New Program Introduction team to successfully meet the product time to market, time to volume, time to quality and time to cost\nReceive Request for Quotes from customer and work with quotation team to ensure quotes are submitted on time and accurately\nManaged capacity planning, production scheduling, and material procurement to flexibly respond to fluctuations in demand from key clients\nDrive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects, successfully reducing NPI cycle time by 15% and increasing on-time delivery rate for mass production from 95% to 98%.\nDrive project KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Inventory Turnover, Manufacturing Overhead Ratio, and Customer Satisfaction.\nCollaborated closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering departments to resolve bottlenecks and ensure resource alignment.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor with at least 5 years’ experience in project management;\nBoth NPI and Mass Run experience are required\nDemonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills;\nExcellent in English (oral & written) & Computer operation;\nGood communication skill, open mind and teamwork spirit;\nStrong leadership & dynamic;\nFlexibility and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance;\nBusiness minded, Finance cost management and logistics concept.\nHere are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide:\nSocial Insurance\nLife Insurance\nPTO\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
