You will be responsible for managing complex programs, aligning stakeholders across functions, influencing decision-making at multiple organizational levels, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong leader with demonstrated experience navigating complex operational environments, driving accountability across organizations, managing executive-level communications, and balancing customer, operational, and financial objectives.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning to achieve program objectives.\nOrganize, plan, and direct program schedules, milestones, budgets, and strategic priorities.\nDrive program execution through effective risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.\nTrack key operational, financial, and customer metrics and lead corrective actions to achieve business goals.\nOwn customer relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for program-related matters.\nLead customer business reviews, executive updates, and strategic discussions.\nCommunicate program performance, risks, mitigation plans, and recommendations to senior leadership, including Directors and Vice Presidents.\nCoordinate all interdepartmental activities to ensure commitments related to quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction are achieved.\nSupport commercial activities including quotations, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and business growth initiatives.\nDrive accountability across organizations and influence decision-making without direct authority.\nLead recovery plans and complex operational escalations while maintaining customer confidence and alignment.\nManage product lifecycle activities, ensuring alignment between operational performance, financial objectives, and customer expectations.\nMonitor program deliverables and ensure successful execution of customer commitments.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.\nMaintain and expand business opportunities with existing and new customers.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment.\nStrong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.\nExecutive communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and senior leaders, including Directors and Vice Presidents.\nStrong business and financial acumen, including understanding of cost drivers, pricing, profitability, and P&L concepts.\nExperience managing customer relationships, business reviews, and operational escalations.\nAbility to analyze complex business situations, make data-driven decisions, and drive execution.\nStrong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving capabilities.\nKnowledge of product lifecycle management, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a dynamic environment.\nAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or high-volume manufacturing environments.\nExposure to financial planning, quoting, pricing, or business case development.\nExperience working with global customers and international cross-functional teams.\nCertification in Program Management, Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or related disciplines.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nJM54\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
