TheProgram Manager will be based in Juarez south\nReporting to Program Management In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nOrganize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.\nIn charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.\nProvide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.\nOversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.\nReviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.\nEstablishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.\nManage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.\nHolds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical customer issues\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.\nFinancial performance and P&L of assigned programs.\nManage revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and financial forecasts.\nDemonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.\nAdvanced English\nPrevious Experience as a PM\nKnowledge of Manufacturing Process\nNPI Transfer.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, basic Core Tools) and problem-solving methodology\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nSaving Fund\nChristmas bonus\nHoliday bonus\nMedical Insurance\nLife Insurance\nGR66\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
