If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Manager located in Fontana CA.\nReporting to the Program Management Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nReview project scope and develop a project schedule to establish action items and scheduled dates for each action item; communicate schedule with internal departments including engineering, purchasing, production, inventory, and quality control\n\nManage project development from conception through completion (both large and small) in accordance with program objectives\n\nCoordinate meetings with customers to discuss scope of project, requirements, and any updates to the project schedule.\n\nCoordinate and lead meetings with internal departments to ensure the project is progressing on schedule and within budget.\n\nManages all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projects\n\nTrack project performance and communicate any changes to customers and internal departments.\n\nCollaborate with design group to change plans or specifications if problems arise.\n\nCreate and submit change orders as needed\n\nCompares the actual cost of development project to estimates.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nAssociates Degree in a related field required; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or other related field preferred.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the following industries: utilities, substation engineering, or telecom.\n\nPMP Certification and/or formal coursework/training in project management preferred.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software\n\nExcellent budgeting and cost containment skills.\n\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
