If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nGeneral Purpose:\nResponsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc.) of a specific organization.\nWhat a Typical Day looks like:\nEstablish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.\nCommunicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.\nReview daily production schedule and identify problem areas.\nAssess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.\nDevelop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.\nMaintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.\nConduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.\nAssist in the management of larger projects/programs.\nProvide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.\nRecommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s).\nInteract frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and professionals.\nThe Experience we're looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. A Master’s Degree is preferred. \nTypically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in materials, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and/or program administration or related experience.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. \nAbility to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. \nAbility to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. \nAbility to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations.\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. \nAbility to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.\nDemonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/technical area. \nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nImpacts the immediate to medium term direction and operational success of the function. \nExecutes and provides input to functional plans and objectives for the site. \nProvides input to functional processes or technologies. Has experience in leading initiatives and provides input to those initiatives. \nMay have P&L responsibility for sections/sub-functions. \nReceives general instructions on new assignments.
