We're helping close the gap between what the future demands and what the world can deliver.\nAt Axiom, you'll take on meaningful challenges, be trusted with real responsibility, and work alongside people who value candor, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Auditor 2 to our team.\nReporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Auditor 2 will support quality assurance activities by conducting audits, analyzing defects and process deviations, driving corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, industry, and internal quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, improving manufacturing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nConduct internal, process, and compliance audits in accordance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures.\nAnalyze audit findings, defects, and non-conformances, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.\nMonitor quality metrics and prepare reports to track process performance, audit results, and quality trends.\nProvide immediate feedback to production teams regarding process deviations and quality concerns to ensure timely resolution.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process and product enhancements.\nMaintain audit records, quality documentation, and reject reports while ensuring accurate and thorough data collection.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional quality, manufacturing, or technical training is preferred.\nExperience in a manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, or auditing environment.\nWorking knowledge of quality systems, audit processes, corrective actions, and ISO standards.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.\nAbility to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and present information in both individual and small-group settings.\nProficiency using basic mathematical concepts, including ratios, percentages, and data interpretation, along with experience using common computer applications and reporting tools.\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
