Ensure that all processescomply withthe necessary quality standards and procedures. Under closesupervision,electronic systems, assemblies, subassemblies,componentsand parts for conformance to specifications.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nPerform visual inspections of servers, racks, and components to ensure compliance with established reliability and workmanship specifications.\n\nUtilize gauges, templates, microscopes, and other manufacturing aids to verify product specifications.\n\nEnsure all required process operations are completed on inspected products at Quality stations.\n\nMonitor and report quality metrics to meet business needs.\n\nPrepare reject reports byidentifyingnecessary follow-up information and notifying involved parties.\n\nAssistwith the disposition of non-conforming materials and products.\n\nNotifyappropriate personnelof unusual product defects or process yields falling below acceptable levels.\n\nConduct process audits andassistmanufacturing in interpreting quality and workmanship standards.\n\nThe experiencewe’relooking to add to our team:\nDemonstrates advanced functional skills, which may be used to conduct on-the-job trainingand lead/guide other employees.\n\nDemonstrates detailed functional knowledge of audit techniques and has input to process improvements.\n\nKnowledge of all ISO, ESD, and calibration requirements.\n\nKnowledge of how to conduct an LPA (layers process audits).\n\nElectronic Assembly:component, schematics, mechanical assembly, surface mount assembly;\n\nInspection: bare board, components, cable, harness, microscope, measuring tools;\n\nOffice Skills: Computers and tablets.
