If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nPrinciple Accountabilities:*Ensures accurate data collection.\n*Conducts internal audits following regulatory, industry and internal quality guidelines including ISO.\n*Conducts process audits and follow up closure of open audits.\n*Helps department in the root cause analysis and corrective actions of audits findings, tracking to resolution.\n*Initiates product/process improvements.\n*Helps filing of audits and maintenance of records.\n*Monitors and report metrics to meet business needs.\n*Prepares reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow up and analyzes rejects/defects for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern.\n*Provides immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations.\n*May be required to facilitate Quality Alert meetings.\n*May provide process training\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\n*Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.\n*Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\n*Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.\n*Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.\n*Typically requires an understanding of basic inspection techniques.\n*Demonstrates functional skills.\n*Requires basic competency related to function.\n*Demonstrates basic functional process knowledge and participates in process.\n*Has awareness of Flex techniques.\n*Use of the following skills/tools may be required: Electronic Assembly: color code, component, schematics, touch-up, commercial soldering, mechanical assembly, surface mount assembly, point to point wiring; Inspection: bare board, loaded, components, cable/harness, microscope, measuring tools; Mechanical & Electrical Tools: measuring tools; Office Skills: data entry, spreadsheet (PC), software. Typically requires data entry skills\n*Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.\n*Ability to write simple correspondence.\n*Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:\n*Internal certifications such as ESD, forklift, etc.\nScope / Impact:\n*Moderate impact, may have influence on multiple programs or areas.\nDecision Making / Discretion:\n*Limited expectations to make decisions outside immediate work assignments. Decisions affect team\nSupervision / Leadership:\n*Receives detailed instructions on new assignments.
