If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Compliance Specialist located in Batu Kawan, Penang.\nOversee the Regulatory and Quality Systems Internal Audit program and support the organization in maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, standards, policies, procedures, and customer requirements.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nEnsure compliance with all applicable regulatory, customer, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.\nConduct internal audits to assess compliance with regulatory, customer, and organizational quality system requirements.\nSupport and participate in external audits conducted by customers, certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and government agencies.\nEvaluate the implementation and effectiveness of applicable regulations, standards, policies, and procedures across the organization.\nProvide guidance and support to functional teams in implementing regulatory and quality system requirements.\nDevelop and deliver training programs related to quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements.\nPromote quality and compliance awareness throughout the organization.\nDevelop and maintain the Internal Audit Program in accordance with applicable standards and business requirements.\nCoordinate and manage external audit schedules and activities.\nPrepare audit plans, audit schedules, and audit checklists.\nExecute audits according to the approved audit plan, prepare audit reports, and maintain audit records.\nConduct process, system, and area audits as required by the organization.\nDocument audit findings, including nonconformities, observations, and opportunities for improvement.\nInitiate and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) resulting from audit findings.\nMaintain audit documentation and records in compliance with quality system requirements.\nFollow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure and verify their effectiveness.\nMonitor and communicate updates to applicable regulations, industry standards, and quality system requirements.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.\nTypically requires minimum 4 years of relevant experience.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical benefits, dental, vision\nLife Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nAllowances & Bonuses\nHH39\nAA98\nJob Category\nQualityRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
