If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nQuality Engineer - Part of Shaping the Next Generation of AI Power\nAt Flex Power Modules in Kalmar, we develop advanced power modules used in some of the world's most demanding AI and cloud computing platforms, helping technology companies meet the growing power demands of next-generation computing infrastructure, where performance, efficiency and reliability are critical.\nTo continue pushing the boundaries of power electronics, we are looking for a Quality Engineer who wants to make a real impact on how future products are designed, verified and released.\nWhat challenges are we trying to solve?\nOur R&D organization consists of six development teams, soon about to be seven.\nEvery year we invest significant efforts in validating the performance, reliability and quality of our products. The challenge is not simply to find issues, but to prevent them by identifying risks early, strengthening our development practices and helping our teams make better decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
