If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Quality Engineer, located in Guadalajara, South Campus.\nReporting to the Quality Manager the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDevelops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation. \nDevises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data. \nDevelops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost. \nDirects workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability. \nCompiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities. \nHolds up Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues. \nAssures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results. \nInitiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion. \nAssists with development and implementation of quality audits. \nIn charge of developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. \nDesigns and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment. \nExplores reports and returned products and recommends corrective action. \nEstablishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and research of equipment and facilities. \nApproves product, process and equipment qualifications. \nProvides liaison to various regulatory bodies. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in electronic manufacturing.\nExperience with SMT and Backend processes.\nSolid knowledge of general electronics, PCBAs, and interpretation of electrical diagrams and schematics.\n Strong understanding of IPC standards applicable to electronic manufacturing and assembly.\nIntermediate English proficiency.\nExperience using test and diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and troubleshooting tools.\nKnowledge of inspection, failure analysis, and problem-solving in electronic products.\nAbility to use measurement tools and read technical documentation.\n Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, IPC certifications, and continuous improvement methodologies are considered a plus.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nSaving Fund.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nOC16\nJob Category\nQualityRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
