If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Quality Manager theQuality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server-grade assemblies.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDevelop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of products and processes.\nCollect, analyze, and present information regarding business conditions, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, and new product designs for management review.\nPropose and evaluate alternative methods and procedures to solve problems and adapt to changing market opportunities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to define company policies, operating procedures, and quality goals.\nDevelop, defining control areas, personnel requirements, and operational procedures.\nLead and participate in meetings with design and engineering teams to coordinate functions, review policies, and establish procedures to achieve quality objectives.\nServe as the primary technical and quality interface with customers, supporting audits, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nReview technical issues across departments and recommend improvements or procedural changes.\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure the quality of newly designed products and resolve issues in products already in production.\nStay current on industry trends by reviewing technical publications, standards, and best practices.\nManage special operational situations such as ramp-up phases, NPI launches, and transitions to high-volume production.\nSupport manufacturing of robust electronic boards used in server applications, ensuring compliance with stringent reliability standards.\nLead and mentor medium-sized teams of quality technicians and auditors across multiple shifts.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS degree in Engineering or a related field.\nIntermediate- Advanced English communication skills.\nProven experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, especially with high-reliability products (manufacturing process PCBA, SMT, test, assembly).\nExperience conducting internal and external audits and knowledge of auditing methodologies.\nSolid understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes for electronic components.\nExperience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and high-volume production environments.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.\nStrong command of quality tools and methodologies including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D problem solving.\nCustomer-focused mindset and experience working with quality standards such as ISO.\nPersonal management.\nSchedule availability.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nKJ12\nJob Category\nQualityRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
