If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nJob summary:\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Aguascalientes.\nReporting to the Quality Manager, theQuality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on metal manufacturing.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDevelop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of products and processes.\nCollect, analyze, and present information regarding business conditions, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, and new product designs for management review.\nPropose and evaluate alternative methods and procedures to solve problems and adapt to changing market opportunities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to define company policies, operating procedures, and quality goals.\nDevelop, defining control areas, personnel requirements, and operational procedures.\nLead and participate in meetings with design and engineering teams to coordinate functions, review policies, and establish procedures to achieve quality objectives.\nServe as the primary technical and quality interface with customers, supporting audits, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nReview technical issues across departments and recommend improvements or procedural changes.\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure the quality of newly designed products and resolve issues in products already in production.\nAssures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.\nMust be knowledgeable with PFMEA, control plan, problem solving, 8D, PDCA, root cause analysis, analytic thinking and data analysis skills. Lead and mentor medium-sized teams of quality technicians and auditors across multiple shifts.\nDesigns and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience (Industrial engineering or Business Management Engineering).\nExperience is desirable / Typically requires some experience in engineering in the manufacturing industry or related field.\nIntermediate English.\nKnowledge of Manufacturing operations, Lean manufacturing principles, and ISO/IATF standards.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.\nProficient in soft skills, including Excel and presentation skills.\nUse Solids, CAD, Minitab, Office.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nXS65\nJob Category\nQualityRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
