If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineering Co-Op (Spring 2027) located in our Orangeburg, SC site.\nReporting to the Quality Engineering Manager, the student will assist the Quality Team with projects impacting yields, performance and supporting Quality Systems, Suppliers, Auditing, Manufacturing, Mass Production and NPI.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAssist in monitoring and maintaining quality standards across production, operations, or service processes\nConduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials, components, or finished products\nCollect, organize, and analyze quality-related data to identify trends, defects, or improvement opportunities\nSupport root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities\nHelp update and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and audit reports\nProvide general support to the Quality team on day-to-day tasks and special projects\nStudent qualities we’re seeking for this Co-Op assignment:\nRising Junior/Senior level students currently pursuing BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related major\nRisk Analysis and Statistics coursework helpful\nEnthusiastic about working in a manufacturing environment\nHighly collaborative, creative and excellent communication and leadership skills (will be speaking with suppliers and interacting with cross-functional teams)\nPrevious Quality related internship experience a plus!\nCo-Op Program Requirements:\nAvailable to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for the Spring 2027 semester\nCurrently enrolled in 4-year accredited university\n3.0 minimum GPA\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
