If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to theGeneral Manager theQuality Manager is responsible for maintaining quality engineering programs, standards, and continuous improvements within the organization. This role involves leading quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting cross-functional teams.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDevelop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.\n\nDesign sampling procedures and create forms and instructions for recording and reporting quality and reliability data.\n\nEstablish methods for handling discrepant material and assess associated costs.\n\nSupervise personnel engaged in measuring and testing products and compiling quality data.\n\nPrepare training materials and conduct sessions on quality control activities.\n\nSupport Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers in customer interactions regarding quality issues.\n\nEnsure data integrity and availability for all quality-related information; consolidate and report results.\n\nInitiate and track corrective actions to completion.\n\nAssist in developing and implementing quality audits.\n\nDefine and maintain quality standards for processing materials into finished products.\n\nDesign and implement inspection and testing methods for product and equipment accuracy.\n\nAnalyze reports and returned products, recommending corrective actions.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\n\nFluent English (spoken and written).\n\nExperience in high-tech electronics, Automotive or related industry..\n\nLeadership experience managing teams.\n\nPCBA Background\n\nNPI Experience\n\nProficiency in Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, APQP).\n\nSix Sigma or Lean Manufacturing,\n\nStrongexperienceinAutomotiveManufacturing.\n\nExperiencesupportingPCBAmanufacturingoperations.\n\nBlackBeltCertificationpreferred.\n\nStrongstatisticalanalysisanddatainterpretationskills.\n\nFinancialexperiencemanagingbusinesscases,projectbudgets,ROIanalysis,andcostreductioninitiatives.\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\n\nLife & Medical insurance\n\nChristmas Bonus\n\nFood Coupons\n\nSaving Fund.\n\nLife Insurance\n\nGR66\nJob Category\nQualityRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
