If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Receiving Inspector located in Dallas, Texas.\nReporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Receiving Inspector is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and staging materials.\nShift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM\nResponsibilities:\nReceives and unloads product from trucks by hand and/or powered equipment.\nVerifies and documents the condition and count of all items unloaded from trucks and trailers; checks against suppliers count and immediately reports discrepancies\nPerforms visual inspections and other specified tests of incoming painted materials to confirm they meets specifications\nDocuments inspection results by completing inspection reports, logs, and checklists\nDocuments corrective action requests and inputs data into corrective action database\nCommunicates with supervisor to determine appropriate recommendations and remedies for questions to products\nMaintain quality records as needed\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n0-2 years’ of related experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping and receiving\nPrior experience operating powered equipment (forklift, reach truck, etc.)\nThorough understanding of the product and/or process being inspected\nAbility to work well with others and maintain a professional environment\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nAbility to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail with the task at hand\nDemonstrated proficiency with the ability to safety operate powered equipment (forklift, reach truck, etc.)\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.\nMust be able to lift push and/or pull up to 50 pounds at times.\nDexterity and accuracy as needed to operate testing equipment or gauges.\nMust be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform inspections.\nMust be able to traverse production facility to conduct inspections.\nMust wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
