Partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and regional site teams to support business growth, customer commitments, and operational performance.\nWhat a Typical Day Looks Like\nLead regional materials operations, ensuring supply continuity and effective inventory management across Asia and EMEA sites.\nDrive inventory performance, including inventory targets, ITO improvement, FOL reviews, and materials-related KPIs.\nSupport supply risk mitigation, shortage management, and CTB fulfillment to meet customer and business requirements.\nPartner with Procurement and Operations to improve supplier performance, localization strategies, lead-time reduction, and cost optimization.\nEstablish and standardize materials governance processes, ensuring alignment across multiple sites and business units.\nProvide guidance and support to site materials teams, including training, best practice sharing, and operational reviews.\nSupport new site launches, greenfield projects, expansions, and business ramp-up activities.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.\nThe Experience We're Looking to Add to Our Team\nMaster's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n15+ years of experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing Operations.\nProven leadership experience in a regional or multi-site environment.\nStrong knowledge of materials planning, inventory management, procurement, supplier management, and supply chain operations.\nFamiliarity with material planning systems and ERP platforms.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills.\nAM112\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
