If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Relay Panel Lead located in Dallas, Texas.\nReporting to the Production Manager, theRelay Panel Lead will be responsible for leading a team of employees in completing assigned manufacturing projects.\nShift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nOversee the work of assigned team employees\nAddress minor discipline problems with team members; refers more serious cases to the supervisor\nAssist with the planning and preparation of training and orientation for new team members in partnership with the training specialist and team trainer\nRead and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions\nAssemble electrical systems and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or conduit using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment\nRun wire and cable according to schematics and blueprints.\nAdjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications\nClean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths\nDrill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.\nConfer with supervisors or engineers to plan, review work activities, or to resolve production problems\nInspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance factors or for operation and record results\nMark and tag components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identified\nComplete all other duties as assigned\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAt least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, electrical wiring, or related field\nPrior experience in effectively leading a team of employees preferred\nKnowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management\nReading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams\nBasic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.\nMust be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.\nMust have manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed.\nMust have excellent hand-eye coordination.\nAbility to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.\nMust wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
