If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Security Manager located in Bukit Minyak, Penang.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelopment and execution of security programs including physical security, asset control, supply chain security, travel security, executive protection, information security and hold up to site management and business units. \nManagement of security programs for assigned sites, perform and publish threat and vulnerability assessments, physical security surveys and designs, personal protection awareness and travel briefings, periodic threat advisories, route and destination surveys, and protective service assessment and operations. \nIdentify, develop, implement, and maintain security processes, practices and policies at sites to eliminate risks, attend incidents, and limit exposure and liability in all areas of information, financial, physical, personal, and reputation risk. \nPerform investigations involving allegations falling within Corporate Security's management including burglary, theft, in-transit shortages, crimes against persons and property, and business abuse. \nPartner with Legal and Human Resources department to assist with due diligence investigations, as needed. \nManages fraud, waste and abuse reporting and information reward program. \nBuilds strong partnerships across site and regional teams with customer security service providers, site management and law enforcement, including search risk, benchmark standards and uncontrollable complexities to provide ethical and innovative solutions \nIn charge of criminal intelligence collection and research. \nSite crisis management team through resiliency programs and clearing communicating policies and requirements to site management and employees. \nAdministers counter-terrorism and counter-espionage programs. \nAssists Flex’s marketing efforts by establishing protection and risk plan for customer visits and conducting site visits with customers and their security representatives. \nGuides the activities of contract site security officers and other contracted security providers. \nInfluences and maintains metrics and awareness programs. \nPrepare and manage site security budget and forecasting. \nQualifications:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and training. \nTypically requires 9+ years of progressively responsible positions within corporate security or related area. \nDemonstrates overall strong communication skills, as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of the specific discipline and manufacturing operations business. \nKnowledge of Flex business a plus.
