If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aSenior Controller located in Guadalajara, North Campus\nReporting to the Finance Director the Sr Controller will be responsible for the total finance and accounting function of a site(s), lead and manage the finance team to ensure accounting and financial processes and procedures are in accordance with corporate and legislative requirements. This position is an integral member of the management team, acting as a critical business partner to the General Manager.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nMaximize financial returns by establishing and overseeing the financial aspects of the assigned site/business segment performance.\nProactively drive actions to improve profitability, cashflow and long-term performance.\nIdentify & build business cases for investments, evaluate & mitigates risks, understand foreign exchange and currencies impacts, support quotes & work with customers, drawing on strong business acumen to achieve high site performance.\nIdentify and develop opportunities for process improvements such as finance digitization efforts.\nEnsure compliance and adherence to corporate policies, local country, and US GAAP, as well as tax, customs, and trade compliance.\nOversee the activities of the Accounting and Finance Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, 12 month rolling forecasts and annual audits.\nEstablish and maintain systems and controls which safeguard company assets by verifying the integrity of all systems, processes, and data, and enhance the Company's value, including complying with the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act.\nPrepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.\nDrive HR Strategies, Talent Development, coaching, mentoring and culture actions to recruit and retain a qualified, motivated & highly performing .workforce.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s Degree finished in Accounting/Finance related area.\nConsistent experience as controller preferably in manufacturing environments.\nStrong understanding of financial concepts: Balance sheet, Capitalizations, networking capital, cashflow, CAPEX, P&L.\nRobust knowledge of US GAAP, SOX; internal controls.\nAdvanced excel skills.\nAdvanced English is important.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nKL08\nJob Category\nFinanceRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
