This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with opportunities to contribute to system design and reliability practices as we scale.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild & Operate Infrastructure:\nBuild and maintain infrastructure for our AI and PaaS platform\nDeploy and operate Kubernetes clusters and containerized services\nImplement Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi (or similar tools)\nReliability & SRE Practices:\nHelp define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets\nImprove system reliability, availability, and performance\nParticipate in on-call rotations, incident response, and postmortems\nCI/CD & Automation:\nBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable and fast releases\nAutomate operational workflows and reduce manual toil\nContribute to GitOps and platform engineering practices\nObservability & Performance:\nImplement and maintain observability using VictoriaMetrics, Grafana (metrics, logs, traces)\nMonitor systems and troubleshoot performance issues (latency, throughput, cost)\nCollaboration:\nWork closely with developers, platform, and AI teams to support production systems\nHelp debug issues across infrastructure and application layers\nContribute to improving engineering productivity and developer experience\nWhat You’ll Need to Be Successful\n4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering\nExperience operating production systems at scale\nHands-on experience with:\nKubernetes & containers\nInfrastructure as Code (Pulumi, Terraform, etc.)\nCloud or hybrid environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-prem)\nObservability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)\n\nExperience with CI/CD systems and automation\nProficiency in Python, Go, or Bash\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills\nFamiliarity with SLOs and reliability practices\nExperience working in startup or fast-paced environments\nComfortable leveraging AI coding tools and agents\nNice to Have\nExperience with AI/ML infrastructure or GPU workloads\nFamiliarity with distributed systems or compute platforms\nExposure to platform engineering concepts\nExperience supporting systems from Beta to production\nWhy FlexAI\nWork on cutting-edge
