If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Engineer - IT located in Sriperumbudur\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nResponsible for supporting the MES application development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of new application and reporting solutions.\nWorks closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to automate shop floor processes, improve system efficiency, and ensure uninterrupted production support.\n System Development & Implementation Develop, build, test, and deploy applications. \nCreate and execute test plans. \n\nTechnical Solution Design Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions. \nPrepare design proposals with cost and timeline considerations. \n\nProcess & System Improvement Recommend improvements for development and maintenance. \nSupport system upgrades and optimizations. \n\nDocumentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain system documentation. \nEnsure compliance with IT standards. \n\nStakeholder Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams. \nTrain users during implementation. \n\nImplementation & Support Support deployment and troubleshooting. \nEnsure smooth system rollout in production\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires bachelor’s degree and have around 5 + years of relevant experience. \nExperience on handling MES applications and integration technologies\nStrong knowledge of Manufacturing process, systems and traceability solutions and applications.\nStrong Knowledge and Experience on report developments in Power BI, SSRS and other tools\nUnderstanding of SDLC and manufacturing processes \nAbility to work independently and support projects \nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide\nHealth Insurance \nPTO \nPV14\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
