If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Manager - Industrial Engineering located in Sriperumbudur, Chennai.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nManages a team of engineers and technicians to establish work measurement programs and analyzes work samples to develop standards for labor utilization.\nAnalyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.\nRecommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocation work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.\nMay develop management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, wage and salary administration, and job evaluation.\nDemonstrates functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates expertise in multiple areas and industry. Demonstrates proficient knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.\nDemonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site. Use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: typing, telephones, data entry, HR related and office software to include; word processing, spread sheets, and presentation packages.\nMust have a good knowledge of employment law and company practices, with excellent interpersonal \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires 15+ years of Industrial Engineering experience, including supervision.\nTypically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
