Reporting to the General Manager, this role provides leadership for Operational Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Compliance, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across Automotive, Cloud, Industrial, and advanced manufacturing operations.\nThe Senior Quality Manager leads quality systems supporting SMT, PCBA, Backend Manufacturing, Mechanical Assembly, Box Build, Rack Assembly, System Integration, and Cleanroom Manufacturing environments. This position is responsible for driving quality performance, mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of quality, customer focus, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.\nWhat a Typical Day Looks Like\nLead and execute the site's quality strategy to support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.\nProvide leadership for Operational Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, QMS, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement functions.\nDrive quality performance improvements through CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, statistical methods, and structured problem-solving methodologies.\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.\nLead customer audits, certification audits, supplier quality initiatives, and quality performance reviews.\nPartner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to improve manufacturing quality, yield, reliability, and customer satisfaction.\nChampion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.\nBuild, coach, and develop a high-performing quality organization focused on accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.\nThe Experience We're Looking to Add to Our Team\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within manufacturing environments.\n10+ years of leadership experience managing multiple quality disciplines and teams.\nExperience supporting Automotive, Industrial, Cloud Infrastructure, EMS, or related manufacturing industries.\nStrong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, Manufacturing Quality, and Regulatory Compliance.\nDemonstrated expertise in CAPA systems, Root Cause Analysis, statistical quality tools, and structured problem-solving methodologies.\nExperience with Automotive Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.\nProven success driving quality improvements, audit readiness, and customer satisfaction within high-volume manufacturing operations.\nAC29\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
