If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior R&D Engineer, located in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.\nAs part of the continued growth of our R&D organization, we are looking for a Senior R&D Engineer to support the development of the Anord Mardix product portfolio, including low-voltage switchgear for IEC and UL markets, busbar systems, and DC power distribution solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the design of new products, optimization of existing solutions, and development of innovations that support the evolving needs of the global Data Center and AI Infrastructure market.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDesign and develop new products, components, and electromechanical solutions.\nCreate 3D models and detailed 2D technical drawings.\nPrepare manufacturing documentation in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.\nSupport testing, validation, and product introduction activities.\nAnalyze and implement design improvements focused on quality, cost optimization, and manufacturability.\nAssist in troubleshooting technical issues related to products and manufacturing processes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management.\nParticipate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) projects.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of experience as a Design Engineer, Mechanical Designer, or Product Development Engineer.\nStrong proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Autodesk Inventor, or similar tools such as SolidWorks or Creo.\nAbility to create, interpret, and maintain technical documentation.\nPreferred experience withelectrical, power distribution, or industrial manufacturing sectors\nPDM/PLM systems\nDFMEA, DFM/DFA, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies\n\nExperience working in a project-driven environment and collaborating across multiple functions.\nStrong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.\nFluent English skills, enabling effective communication in an international environment.\nAbility to travel occasionally\nWhat you will receive for your great work:\nInteresting and challenging job in an experienced and close-knit team\nSubstantive support in the process of adaptation\nParticipation in projects of international scope\nSocial package (private medical care, life insurance and benefit card)\nContract of employment\nSH107\nJob Category\nDesign, Process & Technology EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
