If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Service Manager located in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nBuilding and developing the service team and managing its daily operations\nCoordinate installation, commissioning, product acceptance, and on-site activities in line with contractual obligations. \nEnsure the highest level of customer service through continuous process improvement and operational excellence. \nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners. \nManage customer complaints and drive corrective actions. \nCollaborate closely with the EMEA service organization. \nDevelop, implement, and monitor operational strategies within the area of responsibility. \nManage operational risks while continuously improving efficiency\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nFluent English and Polish - both spoken and written (mandatory)\nExperience in managing a team of service technicians\nField service experience in the power engineering industry\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously\nKnowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system\nExperience in data management - analysis, reporting, process optimization\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nInteresting and challenging job in an experienced and close-knit team\nSubstantive support in the process of adaptation\nParticipation in projects of international scope\nSocial package (private medical care, life insurance and benefit card)\nContract of employment\nKS59\nGS110\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
