If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aShipping/Receiving Coordinator in USA Fontana, Ca.\nReport to the Warehouse Manager,Shipping/Receiving Coordinator is responsible for processing inbound and outbound shipment activities.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLoad and unload deliveries using forklifts, dollies, or hand trucks in a safely manner.\nVerifies the quality and count of all items unloaded from trucks and trailers; checks against suppliers count and immediately reports discrepancies to carriers, supervisor, and purchasing department per company policy.\nNotifies supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.\nStage received material and product in appropriate location.\nCreate shipping and receiving receipts within system.\nPerforms inspections on received material and product; document and refuse delivery if material and product do not meet quality standards.\nMaintains inventory management systems to ensure that orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments, as required.\nPrepares products and bills of lading for shipments; stages product in appropriate staging area for pick up by shipping carrier.\nMake deliveries to customers in box truck, as needed.\nPerforms other related duties, as assigned.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n2-4 years of experience in shipping and receiving or related field\nPrior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred\nValid California Class C Driver's License and clean driving record\nAbility to accurately sort, count, and verify items received.\nBasic understanding of inventory and warehouse management procedures.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.\nAbility to operate powered equipment including a forklift and scissors lift.\nWhat the physical requirements are:\nMust be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.\nMust be able to lift, push, pull up to 35 pounds at a time.\nMust wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor\nGB02\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
