If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a General Manager located inFontana, CA\nReporting to the VP Operations, the Site General Manager plans, directs, and controls all manufacturing activities within the company. Coordinates operating activities so that approved products are manufactured on schedule, within quality standards and cost goals. Additional duties involve the estimation of manufacturing capacity, production and materials control, warehousing and site facilities, maintenance, industrial engineering and other manufacturing activities.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead and direct site operations to drive business growth and achieve profitability, operational excellence and strategic objectives in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.\n\nDemonstrate strong interpersonal and business skills effective at all organizational levels.\n\nManage day to day operations through hands-on leadership, regular floor walks and provide direct feedback.\n\nManage various functions, including Operations, Planning, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance, Safety and Facilities.\n\nCoordinate with all support departments to ensure schedules remain on track and proactively resolve potential roadblocks.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team,\nBachelor’s degree in engineeringor operational management with an MBA is preferred.\n\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including senior management and executive-level roles.\n\nDirect, proven experience managing P&L and budget at a project level and driving OP growth.\n\nProven record of enhancing operational efficiency through improvements in inventory turns, quality, delivery, performance, cycle times and cost management.\n\nAble to explain complex data targets simply to front line staff and executive leadership alike.\n\nCertified or experienced in Continuous improvement framework to drive operational excellence.\n\nDemonstrated understanding of project management principles, methodologies and best practices.\n\nHigh proficiency with ERP software and business intelligence tools.\n\nHighly organized and values tactical results and continuous progress\n\nKR13\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
