If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a specialized in Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear and Modular Power Solutions for data centre projecs and located in the Frankfurt am Main area in Germany.\nReporting to the Site Servies Manager, EMEA, the Site Manager (m/f/d) - Data Centre will manage various sites across Germany, especially in Frankfurt am Main.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCompleting the necessary certificates for handover to client and witness testing and associated documentation, as required.\nMonitoring the works and providing reports as necessary as to project status.\nEfficiently and effectively directing other employees/contractors engaged in works on behalf of the company.\nWithout compromising quality, health, safety or the environment’ Efficiently manage projects to maximize the profits of the company.\nSupervise contractors to ensure their activities are approved and controlled as required;\nReview and Manage Sub contractor works making sure there working in line with company requirements;\nTarget ‘zero harm’ to ultimately eliminate defects, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and pollution;\nCommunicate performance to promote the benefits of effective risk management;\nBe aware of the quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) matters related to the works in hand and communicate and promote QHSE compliance requirements;\nConduct site inductions, weekly toolbox talks, and task briefings as required;\nCarry out and record site risk assessments;\nEnsure Permit to Work systems are implemented effectively and correctly;\nHighlight areas of concern and report to head of site services;\nReport near misses and accidents to the company Head of site service;\nMonitor the correct completion of site activities;\nHelp improve engineer’s knowledge and training;\nEnsure the safety and welfare of people on site and of other people who may be affected by the works in hand;\nEnsure PPE is used correctly and is in good condition;\nAttend commissioning meetings.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nProven experience commissioning LV switchgear, control panels, or modular power systems (preferably in data centre or critical power environments).\nStrong understanding of electrical distribution systems and testing procedures.\nExcellent knowledge of commissioning standards, safety procedures, and documentation requirements.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and single-line diagrams.\nExceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.\nStrong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities.\nWillingness to travel for project assignments.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in a related field.\nRelevant technical qualification (e.g., Electrical Engineering or similar) preferred.\nSolid understanding of QHSE regulations, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.\nEligible to work & travel in the EU.\nFull clean and valid german driving license and willingness to travel to site locations as required.\nFluent English and German knowledge both in written and spoken form.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nAn exciting global organization, working on projects for many well-known brands across different industries.\nChallenging projects within a professional and modern work environment.\nA long-term role with many opportunities to learn, grow and develop - we turn jobs into careers.\nSH107\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
