If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aSite Service Engineer based out of our Service Centre in Hemel, covering sites across the UK and occasionally Europe.\nReporting to the Service Centre Operations Manager EMEA, the Site Service Engineer´s role will be managing all aspects involved in the maintenance/installationworks undertaken by the company including the managing/overseeing of equipment dispatched to site.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAll aspects involved in the maintenance/installation works undertaken by the company including the managing/overseeing of equipment despatched to site.\n\nTo complete the necessary completion certificates for handover to client and carry out witness testing and associated documentation as required.\n\nTo monitor the works and provide reports as necessary as to project status.\n\nTo efficiently and effectively direct other employees/contractors engaged in works on behalf of the company.\n\nWithout compromising quality, health, safety or the environment efficiently manage projects to maximise the profits of the company.\n\nTo report directly to the designated contracts manager\n\nAt all times and in all respects conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions and regulations of the company\n\nInterconnection/Testing/Commissioning of LV Switchgear\n\nPromote the broad ownership of risk management\n\nControl hazards to health to prevent work related ill health\n\nKeep pace with change to identify and tackle new risk management challenges\n\nTarget ‘zero harm’ to ultimately eliminate defects, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and pollution\n\nAt all times and in all respects conforming to and complying with the proper and reasonable directions and regulations of the company.\n\nBe aware of the quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) matters related to the works in hand\n\nEnsure method statements are understood, acknowledged and followed\n\nEnsure the safety and welfare of other people who may be affected by the works in hand\n\nEnsure PPE is used correctly and is in good condition\n\nEnsure work equipment is used correctly and is in good working order\n\nEnsure work at height is carried out correctly and safely\n\nImplement fire prevention measures with respect to work methods and housekeeping\n\nEnsure emergency response and means of escape arrangements are maintained\n\nReport near misses and accidents to the Site Service Manager\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious with a high standard of attention to detail.
