We foster a learning culture that will allow you to develop new skills and progress in your career.\nThe Role\nFlexspringis engaging an independent Senior SAP HCM Consultant on an hourly contract basis to lead\nglobal SAP HCM, Onboarding and Compensation engagements from first scoping callthrough go live.\nYou will be the client-facing expert who turns complex, multi-country HR requirements into accurate\nscopes, winning statements of workand clean delivery.This\nrole extends our services practiceso you will directly shape deal size, win rate and expansion revenue,\nnot just project delivery.\nWhat You'll Do\nScoping and pre-sales\nLead discovery and scoping workshops with HR, payrolland IT stakeholders across multiplecountries.\n\nTranslate requirements into a defined scope: modules, countries, integrations, data migration,effort, timelineand staffing.\n\nDelivery\nConfigure and optimizeSAP HCM core: Organizational Management, Personnel Administrationand Time.\n\nImplement Onboarding (SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or on-premiseHCM processes) acrossregions.\n\nDesign and configure Compensation: merit, bonus and equity cycles, budgets, guidelinesandstatements.\n\nManage country-specific requirements, including data privacy (e.g., GDPR), workscouncils andlocal labor rules.\n\nLead testing, cutover, training and hypercare; keep projects on scope, on time and on budget.\nClient leadership\nServe as the trusted advisor to client HR and IT leaders.\nRun status reporting, risk managementand scope-change conversations with confidence.\nDeliver scoping templates and estimating models when defined as deliverables in an agreedstatement of work.\n\nWhat you bring\nEssential Skills\n5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations.\nProven global experience: multi-country rollouts covering at least two of North America, EMEA,APAC or LATAM.\n\nDeep functionaland configuration expertisein SAP HCM core, Onboarding and Compensation.\nDemonstrated scoping experience: you have led discovery, built effort estimatesand authoredSOWs that heldup through delivery.\n\nWorking knowledge of SAP integration approaches (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs, SAP Integration Suite /CPI)andHR data migration.\n\nStrong grasp of global data privacy and compliance requirements for employee data.\nExecutive-level communication;
