In this role, you will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nSupport the IT system development projects team for the business.\nResearch complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.\nIn charge of providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, to provide consultation to users related to automated systems.\nResearch, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.\nResolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer’s requirements.\nCommunicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.\nExecute Global IT projects.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training, Computer, engineering or administrative or equivalent Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.\nFluent English (Written & Spoken).\nOn site position.\nStrong Experience in Manufacturing Projects\nGood communication skills to bringing topics into teams for understanding.\nExperience as technical project lead for integration projects.\nGood understanding of Enterprise Applications such as Baan ERP, MES, SAP, 4th Shift, Oracle, etc.\nDemonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nSC69\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
