Partnering with Finance and IT leadership, you will drive process improvements, automation, reporting, analytics, and emerging technology initiatives. You will also lead the EPM roadmap and a small team within Finance IT/Enterprise Applications.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the EPM ecosystem, primarily OneStream.\nPartner with Finance and IT leaders to improve consolidation, reporting, planning, and analytics.\nDrive process redesign, automation, AI, and other technology improvements.\nEnsure OneStream supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.\nLead strategic EPM projects and resolve complex system, integration, and process issues.\nEstablish governance, controls, security, and performance measures for the EPM platform.\nManage software vendors and implementation partners to maximize platform value.\nLead and develop a small team within the Finance IT/Enterprise Applications organization.\nWhat we're looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, financial systems, or digital transformation, including 7+ years leading EPM capabilities.\nStrong experience with OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar EPM platforms.\nExperience with financial consolidation, reporting, planning, close processes, and financial controls.\nProven experience leading process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.\nKnowledge of emerging technologies, analytics, AI, and automation.\nStrong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience leading teams and working across Finance, IT, and business functions.Need to plug in the JD\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
