If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. EH&S Manager, Metal-Mechanical Operations located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Director, EH&S theEH&S Manager, Metal-Mechanical Operations is responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across operations, ensuring compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, supporting business growth, and leading critical initiatives related to machine safety, emergency response, and environmental management systems.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDefine and deploy EHS strategies aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.\nLead a team of 2 EHS Managers and an organization of approximately 40-50 engineers, technicians, and EHS professionals.\nSupport business expansion, new product introductions, and ramp-up activities, including metal-mechanical manufacturing operations.\nDrive machine safety programs, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives across manufacturing operations.\nLead emergency preparedness programs, large-scale drills, crisis management, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).\nPromote safety culture initiatives and employee awareness programs.\nManage and improve EHS performance metrics, budgets, and compliance programs.\nLead internal, external, customer, and certification audits.\nEnsure compliance with applicable Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and company standards.\nCollaborate with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, and Leadership teams across multiple sites.\nImplement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health, or related field.\nFluent English.\nEHS experience in manufacturing environments.\nExperience leading EHS organizations at Manager or Director level.\nStrong background in metal-mechanical manufacturing, heavy industrial environments or automotive.\nProven experience in: Industrial Safety, Environmental Compliance, Emergency Response Management, BCP, EHS Culture Programs, machinery safety.\nAbility to communicate and demonstrate technical expertise with internal and external customers.\nExperience leading EH&S programs across complex manufacturing operations.\nLead Auditor certification in ISO 14001, ISO 45001.\nExperience with Multi-site operations support.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance.\nSC69\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
