We're helping close the gap between what the future demands and what the world can deliver.\nAt Axiom, you'll take on meaningful challenges, be trusted with real responsibility, and work alongside people who value candor, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr FA Engineer located in shenzhen.\nReporting to the Director, the Sr FA Engineer role involves…\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nConduct failure analysis for AC/DC, DC/DC and LLC power supplies, diagnose electrical failures and propose solutions.\nTest power modules with oscilloscopes, multimeters and other tools, analyze the design issues or component failures on PCBA level.\nAnalyze test log, CPK data, BI log data, and report findings.\nSupport pilot production, troubleshoot for production defects, provide repair guidelines and technical documentations.\nCollaborate with R&D teams to optimize designs, ensuring compliance with safety and EMC standards.\nPrepare bilingual FA reports and present findings to clients or internal teams.\nPlan and improve failure analysis capability and capacity continuously, including training technicians.\nOversea travel per requested\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Power Electronic engineering etc. \nGood English listening, writing & speaking.\n3 to 5+ years of experience in power supply failure analysis techniques.\nProficient in switch-mode power supply topologies (BUCK, BOOST, Flyback, Forward and so on) and failure analysis techniques.\nExperience with PSUs, including AC/DC, DC/DC converters, and power factor correction (PFC) circuits is plus\nExperience with BBUs, including BMS(battery management system), DC/DC converters, and battery testing, such as charge/discharge cycles is plus\nExperience with power shelves, racks, and PSCs is plus\nA deep understanding of electrical components and power electronics.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of failures.\nProfessional, organized, teamwork, flexible, passionate and self - motivated \nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nSocial Insurance\nLife Insurance\nPTO \n\nJob Category\nProduction Engineering\n\nAxiom is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
