If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Industrial Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Business Excellence Manager, the role involves responsibilities for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nProvides process time estimation to the quote team.\nSimulates process, materials and manufacturing workflow and gives input to process engineer by using REFA, MOST, WITNESS and or adequate tools.\nDuring NPI coordinates process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement.\nReviews result during protyping and trial runs and gives feedback to NPI and sales team.\nAnalyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.\nExperience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\nExperience in similar position or Industrial Engineer.\nAdvanced English spoken and written.\nBasic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing: principles of waste elimination, continuous flow, and continuous improvement.\n Process mapping (VSM): introductory ability to document and analyze value streams.\nContinuous improvement methodologies: basic exposure to Kaizen, 5S, and process standardization.\nProduction & facilities management: capacity analysis, line balancing, and preventive/corrective maintenance.\nLean & quality standards: basic Lean Manufacturing knowledge; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA, IPC.\nElectronics manufacturing: SMT, PCB assembly, and clean room environments.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nSC69\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
