This role owns financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, working capital, inventory, cash management, financial reporting, controls, compliance, and business partnering activities. The position acts as the primary finance leader for the business, supporting executive decision-making and directing shared service teams responsible for transactional finance processes.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.\n\nOwn P&L, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash performance.\n\nProvide financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.\n\nEnsure compliance with SOX, internal controls, corporate policies, and accounting standards.\n\nSupport internal and external audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.\n\nPartner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams to drive business performance.\n\nReview and approve business cases, commercial proposals, and investment decisions.\n\nLead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, controls, and reporting.\n\nManage and provide direction to GBS teams supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, master data, and reporting activities.\n\nCoach and develop finance talent while fostering a high-performance culture.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.\n\nExtensive experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial Finance.\n\nProven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, controls, and business partnering.\n\nStrong ownership of P&L, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash management.\n\nKnowledge of US GAAP, SOX, revenue recognition, and inventory accounting principles.\n\nExperience working in complex multinational and multi-entity environments.\n\nAdvanced ERP (SAP/Oracle), Excel, and financial analytics tools.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAdvanced English required; professional finance certification (CPA, CMA, CA, MBA) preferred.\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\n\nLife & Medical insurance.\n\nChristmas Bonus.\n\nFood Coupons.\n\nSaving Fund.\n\nLife Insurance.\n\nKJ12\nJob Category\nFinanceRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
