If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aSR Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the VP, Program Management the SR Program Manager role involves responsibilities to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services aligned to the expectations of the client.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nResponsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources for the delivery of products and services according to the client´s requirements, adding value to Flex and its customers.\nManage the financials of the operation to meet the internal goals and minimize the risk to flex ensuring compliance with the contract and agreements on multiple accounts.\nSupport in identifying the needs of the client; to negotiate terms of its implementation and transmitting them to the operation of the project.\nProvide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.\nCoordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projections\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.\nStrong communication skill (English and Spanish).\nProven experience within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience leading and developing small teams, with direct supervision of approximately 3 employees.\nStrong capability to work effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.\nExperience supporting new plant launches, heavy start-up operations, and manufacturing ramp-ups.\nCustomer-focused mindset with experience managing and resolving customer escalations.\nAbility and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.\nExperience with demanding clients.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment with exposure to complex operational challenges.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nSC69\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
